The Secret of the Magic Gourd follows the wondrous adventures of a young schoolboy named Wang Bao. When Wang Bao discovers a magical gourd that can instantly grant his every wish, the awkward child suddenly becomes a hero amongst his curious classmates. When the gourd proves more of a burden than a blessing and the boy decides to get rid of it, he quickly discovers that's easier said than done. Shaun is a sheep who doesn\'t follow the flock - in fact, he leads them into all sorts of scrapes and scraps, turning peace in the valley into mayhem in the meadow. Shaun and his pals run rings around their poor sheepdog Bitzer, as he tries to stop the Farmer finding out what\'s going on behind his back. Every day brings a new adventure for Shaun. The complete first season of Shaun the Sheep is here - 40 episodes loaded with mischief, mayhem and plenty of Naughty Pigs! Join Shaun and his barnyard buddies, Bitzer, Shirley, Timmy, and more as they deliver a flock-load of wacky shenanigans from the farm. From bath time to party time and everything in between, the entire family will love this collection filled with sheepish delight! Shaun the Sheep, the animated series from Aardman Animations (the creators of Wallace & Gromit), has been available on DVD since the holiday season of 2008. However, it\'s always been provided as a single-disc release with roughly 40 to 50 minutes worth of the show on each. Now Lionsgate Entertainment is collecting 40 episodes onto just 2 discs with their October 19th release of Shaun the Sheep - Season 1.
